By placing an order on our website, you agree to the policy below. This policy explains how withdrawals, returns, and refunds work. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from delivery to withdraw from the contract and request a return. Items must be in new condition, unused/unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.
EU/EEA & UK note: A statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies to most distance purchases. Our 30-day store return runs alongside that right. Where local law grants more favorable rights, those prevail.
How to Start a Return (Withdrawal)
Email us at (email — see footer) with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract.
Please wait for our reply with return instructions and the correct return address. Unannounced returns ashipments can’t be accepted.
Tip: Include your order number and the items you’re returning to speed things up.
Return Shipping Costs
For standard withdrawals/returns, you cover the return postage (where permitted by law). If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, contact us first at (email — see footer) so we can make it right.
Inspection & Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund the item price to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are refunded as required by applicable law. We may withhold the refund until we’ve received the goods or proof of return.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. For other cases, please return for a refund and place a new order.
Fees
We charge no restocking fee and no return handling fee. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We monitor chargebacks and payment disputes on an ongoing basis and take appropriate action to resolve them in accordance with payment network rules and applicable laws.
If a customer initiates a chargeback, we may contact the customer directly to attempt to resolve the issue. If a chargeback is withdrawn or canceled, a full refund is issued promptly without delay.
If a chargeback proceeds and cannot be reversed, we cooperate fully with Shopify Payments and the relevant payment processor. Refunds are issued where required under payment provider guidelines or applicable consumer protection laws.
We use dispute-prevention tools, shipment tracking, and dedicated customer support resources to reduce disputes and ensure timely resolution.
Before filing a chargeback, customers are encouraged to contact us directly so we can review the issue and provide a prompt resolution.
